1. Research use only
This product is solely intended for research purposes as a chemical compound. Its designation permits its use exclusively for in vitro testing and laboratory experimentation. All information regarding this product provided on our website is purely educational. By law, any form of bodily introduction of this product into humans or animals is strictly prohibited. It should only be handled by professionals who are licensed and qualified. This product is neither a drug, food, nor cosmetic, and must not be misrepresented, misused, or mislabeled as such.
2. Eligibility
By ordering you represent that you are at least 21 years old, are qualified to handle laboratory reagents, and are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research effort. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where intended misuse is suspected.
3. Product information
Specifications, certificates and research summaries on this site are provided for educational purposes and describe laboratory findings; they are not claims of safety or efficacy for any use in humans or animals. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
4. Ordering & payment
Prices are in USD and may change without notice. An order is accepted when we email shipping confirmation. Title and risk of loss pass to the carrier on dispatch.
Shipping is charged per order at the method the customer chooses at checkout: Dedicated line logistics at $67 per order, or FedEx / UPS express at $100 per order. Shipping is shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery is about 10–15 days by Dedicated line logistics, or 6–10 days by FedEx / UPS express. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABT Labs LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for any consequences of use contrary to these terms.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ABT Labs LLC against claims arising from your storage, handling, use, or resale of purchased products.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
8. Text messages (SMS)
When the “Email and text me offers and restock alerts” box on our age check or at checkout is ticked, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Welon Peptide, such as offers and restock alerts, at the mobile number you give at checkout, and our marketing emails. Leave it ticked only for a mobile number you own or are authorized to use.
